Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you take a quiz, sign up for a list, use the chat widget, make a purchase, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, mobile phone number, billing details, and any messages you send. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Assessment and program information. If you purchase the Emotional Detox Assessment or the Emotional Detox System, the answers you enter into your assessment and program materials are used to generate your personal report and program. This information is stored in secured cloud accounts controlled by Transformed Mind LLC and is used only to deliver and support your program.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and server logs to understand how the Site is used. This may include the date and time of your visit, the pages you view, the time spent on the Site, the sites visited immediately before and after ours, your browser type, and your IP address.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device, often containing an anonymous unique identifier. Your browser only allows a website to read the cookies that site has set. Protecting the security of the Site and complying with legal obligations.
Email Communications
We will not sell, rent, or lease our email lists to anyone. Every marketing email we send identifies who it is from, includes our contact information, and contains an unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails related to a purchase or an active program may continue while your purchase or program is active.
Text Messaging (SMS)
Program description. Transformed Mind LLC sends text messages related to the Emotional Detox Assessment and the Emotional Detox System, including customer care messages, notices that your assessment sheet or personal report is ready, program reminders, and, if you have separately consented, promotional offers.
How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number and agreeing to the consent statement shown at checkout, or by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box in the chat widget on the Site. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and program status.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as our payment processor, our customer relationship and messaging platform, our email delivery provider, our website hosting provider, our cloud document provider, and our community platform. These providers process personal information only on our behalf and under our instructions in order to deliver our services. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Site. The Site is owned and operated by Transformed Mind LLC ("Transformed Mind," "we," "us," or "our").
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including the Emotional Detox Assessment, the Emotional Detox System, the report formats, the program materials, and all software, remain the sole property of Transformed Mind LLC or its licensors. You may not republish, sell, rent, reproduce, copy, create derivative works from, or redistribute any material from the Site or our programs without our prior written consent.
Program Materials and Access
When you purchase a program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the program materials for your own personal use. Access to program materials, including shared documents and community groups, is tied to your purchase or active subscription and may be removed when a subscription ends.
Purchases, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
Prices and any promotional pricing are shown at checkout. Subscription programs renew automatically at the rate shown at the time of your purchase until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the customer portal link in your purchase emails or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund charges already made. Refund terms, if any, are stated at checkout.
Not Medical, Psychological, or Therapeutic Care
The Site and our programs provide educational and faith based coaching content. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for treatment by a licensed professional, and nothing on the Site or in our programs is a diagnosis. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.
